cricknex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to users. Important: These Terms apply to all products and services offered through cricknex, including live cricket betting, slot games, live dealer casino tables, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and any future products added to the platform. Where a specific product carries its own supplementary rules, those rules apply alongside — not instead of — these Terms.
1.1 Language of Agreement
These Terms are written and published in English. 1.2 Offshore Platform Notice

Eligibility & Age Restriction
cricknex enforces a strict minimum age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money game or feature on the platform. This rule is absolute and non-negotiable. There are no exceptions.
18+ Only. cricknex takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not register an account or attempt to access any real-money feature. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited without appeal.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to hold an active account with cricknex, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any other person or entity.

- You have not previously had an account with cricknex closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of cricknex or any of its affiliated partner companies.
- You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
2.2 Age Verification
cricknex reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by an appropriate Bangladeshi authority. Withdrawal of funds will be suspended pending successful completion of age verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a verification request will result in account suspension.

Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account with cricknex. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, phone number, bKash number, or device — are strictly prohibited. cricknex employs automated and manual duplicate-account detection. Where a duplicate account is identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering an account with cricknex, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all mandatory registration fields. You must promptly notify cricknex of any changes to your registration details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
- A valid mobile phone number registered in your name and accessible to you at all times.
- A valid email address that you actively monitor.
- Your date of birth (which must confirm you are aged 18 or above).
- Your primary residential address within Bangladesh.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricknex login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. cricknex will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cricknex support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@cricknex (plain text — not a clickable link). cricknex will temporarily suspend the account pending a security investigation. During the investigation period, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold.
3.3 One Account Per Household
cricknex restricts account registrations to one active account per household (defined as a shared residential address). Where multiple accounts are identified originating from the same household, cricknex reserves the right to request additional documentation and may restrict promotional eligibility to a single account within that household.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on cricknex are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cricknex does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts. All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and withdrawal figures are displayed and processed in BDT.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
cricknex currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit at cricknex is ৳300. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your playing balance within 60 seconds for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to credit.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met in full prior to processing:
- Your account must have completed identity and age verification (KYC).
- The withdrawal amount must be equal to or greater than ৳500.
- Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability.
- cricknex reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a rolling 30-day period.
Processing Times: Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if the transaction triggers internal risk controls. cricknex will notify you if additional documentation is required before processing can proceed.
4.4 Restricted Funds
Funds deposited through cricknex may only be used for legitimate gaming activity on the platform. Using cricknex accounts for money laundering, fund parking, payment processing on behalf of third parties, or any other non-gaming purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
Betting Rules & Game Play
cricknex offers live cricket betting, pre-match sports wagering, slot games, and live dealer casino tables. Each product category is governed by these General Terms & Conditions alongside product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In all cases, these General Terms take precedence over any product-specific rules where a conflict exists.
5.1 Cricket Betting
Cricket betting markets at cricknex — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the following general rules:
- All bets are accepted and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only.
- Bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed will be void and the stake returned.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Bets accepted during this window are binding once confirmed on screen.
- In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or relocation, settlement rules published in the specific market's terms will apply. Where no specific rule exists, the most conservative available interpretation will be applied in the player's favour.
- Maximum payout limits per event are ৳500,000 for cricket markets unless otherwise stated on the specific event page.
- cricknex reserves the right to limit stake sizes, refuse bets, or void bets where a clear pricing error, data feed error, or technical fault has occurred.
5.2 Slot Games & Casino
All slot games and live dealer casino products offered through cricknex are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are published within the game interface itself. cricknex does not modify game logic, payout percentages, or random number generation — all such parameters are governed by the provider's certification.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether caused by a server error, network interruption, or software fault — the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Winnings that cannot be verified due to a technical malfunction cannot be paid out. cricknex's decision regarding the settlement of technically affected game rounds is final and binding.
5.3 Bet Acceptance & Refusal
cricknex reserves the right to decline, limit, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. This right is exercised in good faith and is intended to protect the integrity of the platform. Customers who consistently place bets on mispriced markets, who employ automated betting software, or who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse or match-fixing activity may have their betting access restricted or their accounts closed.
Bonuses & Promotions
cricknex offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
- Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Players who have previously self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions on their account are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
- cricknex reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel it entirely at any time, with any accrued but unwagered bonus funds removed accordingly.

- Seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL season, IPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and subject to their own specific eligibility and wagering terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the terms of any cricknex promotion — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, collusion with other players, or placing low-risk hedged bets designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gambling risk — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any deposited funds beyond the provable principal deposit amount.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
cricknex maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, cheating, collusion, and any form of conduct that undermines the fairness, security, or integrity of the platform. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with live dealer games.
- Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or live odds pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets.
- Engaging in any activity related to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of sporting events on which you have placed or intend to place bets.
- Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to make deposits.
- Impersonating another person or entity when communicating with cricknex support or during account registration.
- Attempting to launder money or use the cricknex platform for any financial crime purpose.
- Accessing cricknex from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals via your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith after having used the deposited funds for real-money gaming.
Fraud Detection: cricknex employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is flagged, the affected account will be suspended pending investigation. During any fraud investigation, access to account funds will be restricted. cricknex will cooperate fully with Bangladeshi authorities and international law enforcement agencies where fraud or financial crime is suspected.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either party — the User or cricknex — may initiate the closure of a user account. The conditions and consequences of closure vary depending on whether the closure is voluntary (requested by the user) or involuntary (initiated by cricknex due to a breach of these Terms or a responsible gaming request).
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your cricknex account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@cricknex (plain text — not a clickable link). Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal market settlement rules, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding unwagered bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within 5 business days.
8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure
If you request account closure or self-exclusion as part of a responsible gaming decision, cricknex will process the exclusion with priority. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible, you will be removed from all marketing communications, and any winnings accrued prior to the self-exclusion will be paid out to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. 8.3 Involuntary Closure by cricknex
cricknex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that any of the following applies:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct has been detected on the account.
- The account has been used in connection with match-fixing or any other criminal activity.
- A regulatory, legal, or court order requires the restriction of the account.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and has a zero or negligible balance.
In the event of involuntary account closure due to fraud or Terms breach, cricknex reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the account holder within 10 business days of the investigation's conclusion.
8.4 Final Disputes
Any dispute arising from an account closure decision must be submitted to cricknex's support team within 30 days of the closure notification. Disputes received after this period will not be considered. cricknex will acknowledge receipt of all formal disputes within 2 business days and will aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. cricknex's final decision on any dispute is binding on both parties.
